The firm has 150 brokers in five Manhattan offices, including one in Harlem, where it was the first large Manhattan firm to open an office. Peters, who has lived on Central Park West for 31 years, talks about spending weekends in the country, lunches with broker Barbara Fox and his shoe habit.
