From the December issue: The Real Deal spoke with Joseph Cayre, founder and principal of real estate investment firm Midtown Equities, and co-founder and chairman of residential marketing and sales company Core Group Marketing. Cayre, who spent his formative years in Miami Beach, talked about working as a kid to put dinner on the table, playing hooky while enrolled at the University of Miami and trying to lose weight.
