Trump and Kushner tie the knot

Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump

Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, and 500 guests gathered at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, NJ, yesterday for the merging of two massive New York real estate families. Ivanka Trump, the daughter of real estate mogul Donald Trump, and Jared Kushner, owner of the New York Observer and son of New Jersey real estate developer Charles Kushner, became engaged July 16 this year. The Kushner-Trump wedding drew such bigwigs as Andrew Cuomo, Sheldon Silver, Rudy Giuliani and Amir Korangy, publisher of The Real Deal. The bride, who said via Twitter that she went on a "gorgeous hike" prior to the nuptials, wore a lace-sleeved gown, reportedly inspired by Grace Kelly. The weekend marriage will be followed by another, reportedly twice as large, reception this Wednesday, after which the couple plans to honeymoon in Africa. [Post] and [NYDN]

yes please no more people magazine stuff. I hate that stuff and people who read it are pathetic . We have STARVING PEOPLE on this planet and HOMELESS people this city for that sake. Thats something more important than starstruck emty designer BS. To the guy who says chill to everybody: It's time for you to passionately care about SOMETHING.

Broker with a brain

In relation to this story, #13 states "I hate that stuff and people who read it are pathetic." In order to comment on this story, surely #13 would have had to read it. But then why would #13 bother to read a story about stuff that he hates? And if #13 thinks that people who read this stuff are pathetic, then does he think he himself is pathetic?

Money isn't everything. However, any of you who think she is marrying down should do your homework. The Kushners have way more money then the Trumps.
