Warner Bros. president buys at 15 CPW for $9.5M

A trust in the name of Warner Bros.' president and chief operating officer, Alan F. Horn, has purchased a condo at 15 Central Park West for $9.5 million, according to city records. Horn's trust bough unit 37B, a 2,367-square-foot two-bedroom apartment. Other Hollywood types in the building include actor Denzel Washington, director Norman Lear and Keiko Ibi, the Tokyo-born director and producer who won an Oscar in the short subject category for the HBO-produced documentary, "The Personals: Improvisations on Romance in the Golden Years."
