West Elm, Chase coming to 15 CPW

A West Elm furniture store and a Chase bank branch are coming to 15 Central Park West, after signing leases for a total of 36,000 square feet on two levels of the trophy tower. The spaces are along Broadway, between West 61st and 62nd streets. Only 2,000 of the tower's 87,000 square feet of retail are left. A Best Buy opened last year. Chase will vacate its nearby space at Broadway and West 64th Street, allowing the restaurant Bar Boulud to expand. [Post]
