West Side Highway projects finish up

April 13, 2009 11:30AM

When the economy was on fire, high-end towers started going up on the West Side Highway. Now the latest wave of buildings is nearing completion. On this week's Webcast, The Real Deal's Jen Benepe zeroes in on two new residential projects. She tours the newly opened rental Tribeca Truffles with Kevin Coughlin, the general manager. She also talks to Prudential Douglas Elliman's Holly Parker, who is director of sales at 100 11th Avenue, the under-construction condo designed by starchitect Jean Nouvel. Parker said 80 percent of the building is already sold, and the remaining 20 percent will go to market when the building is complete. To watch the full Webcast click on the video below.
