Hey, you finally got a job out the door! I’m sure the huge developer fee covers the sting of pissing away $3M in Florida (keep Bob suing everyone and you’ll make lots of friends), $750K in Ossining, $4.7M and counting at The Balton (if residents of CB 10 only knew that the "increase" in affordable units Councilwoman Dickens said she wrangled for the community as part of the 125th rezoning came from just widening the scope of her definition to include this embarrassing debacle), having the head of one of the largest Property Management firms in the country (Richman Property Management) leave for Hollywood, watching the CFO leave in handcuffs, see your partner at 125th street go bankrupt and your reputation somehow degrade further as you weasel out of every tax credit commitment made the past 12 months...hell of a year RPR, wishing you all the best in 2009!

This really looks nice and thank God they are building up more affordable housing. I live on a fixed income and this would be perfect for me. How do I go about applying? I can be reached at the email address provided. Thank you.
