Real estate Web site Zillow.com announced this week that it is reducing its workforce by 25 percent. The company has an office in New York but most of the layoffs will be in the company's Seattle office, the company said. The site counted 5.4 million unique visitors in September, which was a 42 percent increase in traffic over this time last year, though the company has not yet turned a profit since its founding in 2005.
