Residential buildings hitting market

The 41-story River Terrace at 515 East 72nd Street owned by Harry Macklowe and Billy Macklowe is for sale and could go for $400 million. Douglas Harmon, the investment broker at Eastdil who is handling the offering, is also starting to market two Related Companies rentals. The buildings, the 10-story Columbus Green at 101 West 87th Street and 23-story Parc Place at 225 Rector Place, are being offered as an approximately $200 million package, or may be sold individually. more [Post]
