Number of homes for sale increases nationwide

In a sign that the housing market nationwide may be cooling, the number of homes available for sale has increased sharply in some of the nation’s hottest housing markets. More than 2.7 million previously owned homes were available for sale in June, up from 2.4 million a year earlier, according to the National Association of Realtors. more [WSJ]
