Brooklyn Heights residents fighting new condos

Some Brooklyn Heights residents are threatening a lawsuit to stop the development of about 1,200 luxury condos on the Brooklyn waterfront. The condos are part of a planned $150 million, 85-acre riverside park, the borough’s first major park in 135 years. The residents claim the park was originally pitched to them as just that a park and that the condos were tacked onto the proposal later. more [Post]
