Priciest homes in Northeast get pricier

A $75 million Bridgehampton estate is the most expensive home in the Northeast, according to an annual survey by Forbes magazine of the region’s priciest homes. The lowest-priced home on the survey this year was a $47.5 million penthouse on Fifth Avenue. In 2005, the cheapest home was going for $39 million. more [Forbes]
