To give an idea of how expensive the Manhattan housing market remains, the cheapest apartment available for sale on the island last week was a 500-square-foot studio in Inwood for $162,180. The studio, according to Trulia.com, was in a prewar co-op at the corner of Academy and Cooper streets. Fenwick-Keats is handling the sale. more [New York]
