Clinton Hill, Fort Greene plan downzoning

June 30, 2006 12:00AM

A new rezoning for Clinton Hill and Fort Greene in Brooklyn would allow taller buildings on the neighborhoods’ main drags, but smaller ones on its side streets. The rezoning is expected to pass the City Council by mid-2007. more [Papers]
