Condos at Brooklyn’s “Kremlin”

When the city sold off the Board of Education’s headquarters at 110 Livingston Street in Brooklyn, some guessed that the structure would be “the least missed building in the history of New York City government.” But now, the 14-story 1920s tower has converted to condos and many are singing the praises of the building Mayor Bloomberg once called “the notorious Kremlin.” more [NYDN]
