Hilton project good news for Met Tower

The construction of Hilton Hotels Corporation’s Grand Vacations Club timeshare project on 57th Street has had a spillover benefit down the block at Metropolitan Tower. Hilton has signed a lease for more than 15,000 square feet of space in the lower floors of the building, where it will house a sales and marketing center for its new hotel, The Post’s Steve Cuozzo reports.
