Rat control plans revamped

City officials love to point out that New York is a safer and cleaner city today than it has been in decades. Unfortunately, one group of residents hasn’t gotten the memo: the rats. Despite a city perceived of as “cleaner,” the fearless rodents — ubiquitous as ever — continue to have their run of subway platforms and city parks.
