NJ sales office bundles projects

Last week, Metro Homes opened a “one-stop shopping” sales office in Hoboken that offers prospective buyers information on all the developer’s New Jersey projects. Metro Homes, which has concentrated much of its work along Hudson County’s Gold Coast, is working on the Trump Plaza project in Jersey City and on new condos in Hoboken and Asbury Park. Dean Geibel, a Metro Homes managing partner, said the office allows potential buyers to see all the projects the company is working on at one time, rather than in a piecemeal fashion. more By John Celock
