Google could be creating a city-based campus in Chelsea similar to the one it has in Mountain View, Calif., according to reports. The search giant has expanded by 49,000 square feet in its city headquarters at 76 Ninth Avenue, bringing its total occupancy in the building to 360,000 square feet.
