 Cash-strapped companies try sale-leaseback

 With the easy money days of the pre-credit crunch era over, more companies are raising capital by selling their real estate and leasing it back. Kenneth Rudy, managing director of corporate capital markets at brokerage Jones Lang LaSalle, said the strategy makes sense while low office vacancies keep property values high.
