Louis Dreyfus Property Group, an international real estate company, has purchased a 12-story commercial building at 158 West 27th Street for $46 million, according to public records. The seller was Columbia Equities, an Ocean First Bank subsidiary. The building between Sixth and Seventh avenues has 15 commercial units. Built in 1913, the building’s faded painted billboards advertise the furs, photos and silk blouses once made there. TRD
