Harlem condo sells for $6.6M

A Central Park-fronting, 5,500-square-foot condo at the newly-completed
111 Central Park North has sold for $6.6 million, apparently a Harlem
record. Real estate investor Rodney Propp and his wife, Eleanor,
reportedly bought the full-floor unit with six bedrooms and 6.5 baths
And Are Leaving Their Park Avenue apartment. The record will soon be
eclipsed by a three-level, multi-terraced penthouse that is in contract
for $8.5 million.
