Offices, market coming to Bronx bank complex

A joint venture led by Taconic Investment Partners has paid $32 million, or about
$70 per square foot, for a former Bronx bank complex. Plans call for transforming
the three-building former American
Bank Note
Building
in Hunts Point
into an arts-oriented center for nonprofits with a local food market. Along
with offices, space will be created for art storage and private galleries.
