Stonehenge buys two apartment buildings for $83M

Stonehenge Partners has purchased two family-owned rental apartment buildings, at 8 Gramercy Park South and 141 East 33rd Street, for $83 million. The Gramercy Park building 20th Street and Park Avenue includes 55 apartments and 60,000 square feet, with another 60,000 square feet buildable through air rights. The Murray Hill building on the northeast corner of 33rd Street and Lexington Avenue will be named Stonehenge 33. It includes 120,000 square feet with 120 spacious apartments and a vacant 6,000 square-foot retail space.
