BJ’s Wholesale Club has signed a 20-year lease to anchor a big new $100 million shopping center being built by developer Joe Sitt on Brooklyn’s Bensonhurst waterfront. The site is a vacant old bus depot on Shore Parkway. Sitt’s Thor Equities also wants to bring in other stores, for a total of 200,000 square feet, and create a public esplanade there.
