Cresa Partners, Horizon merge

Corporate real estate advisory firm Cresa Partners announced today it has merged with New York-based real estate consulting firm Horizon, LLC to form CresaPartners Integrated Services.

Together, the two companies expand strategic planning and facilities consulting services in the New York region.

“The client base is becoming significantly more sophisticated, and we have to make sure we enhance our consulting and planning and thinking capabilities in corporate real estate,” said Michael Dow, president of Cresa Partners.

The companies will offer pre-planning strategies and assessments, provide project management and leadership support, and deliver outsourced services and operations support.

Horizon principals Keith Keppler and Kent Holliday will become principals of Cresa Partners Integrated Services.

The merger comes just after two large national firms, Jones Lang LaSalle and the Staubach Company, announced they were joining forces in a $613 million deal.

In January, Boston-based Cresa Partners entered a licensing agreement with Whitman Realty Group, one of the largest tenant representative firms on Long Island.
