Ex-Citigroup CEO can’t sell home

Former Citigroup CEO Charles Prince III lost his job because of problems in the housing market, and now he can’t sell his own home. Prince’s $5.85 million Tudor-style home in Greenwich, Conn., has been stuck on the market for six months, and the price has been slashed by $300,000. Greenwich faced an 8.1 percent decline in median home prices in the first quarter. Other wealthy suburbs saw prices decline by as much as 25 percent.
