Omnicom has signed a lease for another 80,000 square feet at 200 Varick Street, where it took the entire third and fourth floors. Omnicom divisions Doremus and Merkley Partners already have 100,000 square feet in the 410,000-square-foot building, which had an asking rent of $45 per square foot. Feld Real Estate represented Omnicom, while Newmark Knight Frank represented the building’s owners.
