Don Peebles buys second Hamptons home

Developer and author R. Donahue Peebles, who was profiled in this month’s issue of The Real Deal, has paid $1.91 million for waterfront three-bedroom home in Sag Harbor. Peebles purchased a 10-acre compound for $5.39 million last year in Bridgehampton, making this his second house in the Hamptons. Peebles’ Sag Harbor home will be used as a cabana and guest house, according to Lori Barbaria of Prudential Douglas Elliman, who represented him in the purchase. Peebles also owns homes in Washington, D.C. and Coral Gables, Florida.
