Inventory could remain high

Manhattan inventory levels are high, but not as high as they were in 2006. However, a projection of this years’ inventory, as graphed by Miller Samuel analyst Jonathan Miller, indicates that inventory levels will likely remain elevated for awhile. In this month’s issue, The Real Deal reports that as sales have slowed and inventory has grown, developers are clamoring to move new development condo units, many by adjusting prices.
