Developer’s daughter buys on UES

 
A daughter of the late real estate mogul Sol Goldman paid $8.99 million for an Upper East Side cooperative apartment at 960 Park Avenue.

Diane Goldman Kemper bought the three-bedroom, three-bath unit located in the 13-story building at the corner of 82nd Street and Park Avenue, according to city records posted today.

Goldman Kemper is one of four children of Brooklyn-born Sol Goldman, who amassed a real estate empire. His estrangement from his wife led to a long-running dispute over his estate that continued after his death in 1987. Goldman was profiled in the January issue of The Real Deal.

Goldman’s children tried and failed to reduce the amount of money their mother Lillian inherited.
