Several new condo projects in Park Slope are catering to the neighborhood’s typical buyers — young families — by marketing large spaces. The Vermeil, at 133 Sterling Place, is a 22-unit building with 1,600- to 1,800-square-foot three-bedroom apartments. Prices start around $1.3 million. Spire Condos, located at 230 Sixth Avenue, is a renovated brownstone with units priced from $850,000 to $1.175 million.
