The Greenwich, CT estate of late real estate magnate Leona
Helmsley just saw a $30 million price cut, to $95 million
from $125 million. The 14-bedroom home — which includes a theater, a
gym, a wine tasting room and servants’ quarters — was first put on the
market in February. Since the price cut, it is tied with a 263-acre
property in North Stamford as the most expensive suburban property.
