Citigroup CEO sells, screenwriter and gas broker buy

Embattled Citigroup CEO Vikram Pandit sold his four-bedroom apartment at 300 East 85th Street for $2.25 million to Pantelis Apessos, an executive at the bank. Pandit and his wife weren’t living in the apartment; they own a 10-room unit at the Beresford, at 211 Central Park West, which they bought in 2007 for $17.85 million. Meanwhile, “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” screenwriter Simon Kinberg and his wife Mali bought a sixth-floor loft at 475 Greenwich Street for $4.25 million. Texas gas broker Javier Loya and his wife Lucinda bought a three-bedroom apartment at 233 East 17th Street for $4.35 million, and the 13-bedroom mansion at 152-156 East 81st Street has been put on the market for $45 million.
