Christopher Buckley says parents’ pad has inflated price

Novelist Christopher Buckley, son of William F. Buckley Jr., told the New York Times in a profile Sunday that his parents’ Park Avenue maisonette, currently on the market for $24.5 million, has an “absurdly inflated” price tag. The listings co-broker, Catherine Holmes, now says the price is no more inflated than other listings in the building or on Park Avenue.
