Brooklyn house breaks record, sells for $10.8M

Brooklyn Heights property just broke
the record for most expensive home sale in the neighborhood. The home at 88 Remsen Street went for $10.8
million this
week. In 2006, 140 Columbia Heights sold for
$10.75 million. The property includes two buildings, a five-story,
10,000-square-foot
home and a carriage house. The listing broker was Kevin Carberry of
Brown
Harris Stevens.
