Developer Gino Vitale’s five-townhouse project in Red Hook is now on the market. Each townhouse has a private garage, a design inspired by Tuscan carriage houses. Asking prices for the homes — at 91, 93, 95, 97, and 99 King Street — start at $750,000. They range from a two-bedroom, two-bath unit to a three-bedroom, three-bath unit. The units are slated for completion within three weeks, and one of the five is in contract.
