Downturn not hurting Bowery real estate

While the Bowery hasn’t escaped the real estate slump, brokers say it’s still attracting a lot of potential buyers. At a development called 52E4, at 4th Street and the Bowery, Fredrik Eklund of Core Group Marketing has seen a lot of interest. “This is the building we have the most traffic on,” Eklund said, adding that just two of the 15 units remain on the market after starting sales less than a year ago.
