Anchor tenants sign, Fordham Place markets remaining space

Acadia Realty Trust, developer of Fordham Place, the first mixed-use new development in the Bronx in more than 15 years, is now marketing the 100,000 square feet of space that has not yet been leased. Jonas Bronck Academy, a middle school, and the US Census Bureau have leased a total of 60,000 square feet, and Sears, Best Buy, 24 Hour Fitness and Walgreens are some of the already-signed retail tenants. The development includes 160,000 square feet of Class A office space and 125,000 square feet of retail space. TRD
