Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The two most expensive apartments to hit the market this week in
Manhattan are two condos both listed for
$15 million, according to Streeteasy.com. The first is a seven-bedroom, six-bath penthouse at 235
West 71st Street, listed by Brown Harris Stevens. The second $15
million apartment is at Trump Tower, at 721 Fifth Avenue. The combined
units 48CD and 49C make up a four-bedroom, four-bath apartment, listed
with Sotheby’s International Realty. The third priciest unit is a
three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 100 Central Park South, listed with
Stribling & Associates for $14.8 million.

Meanwhile, the least expensive unit listed in Manhattan on Streeteasy.com this week, is a $250,000 studio at 320 East 42nd
Street listed by the Corcoran Group. The second cheapest apartment is a
studio co-op unit at 444 East 87th Street, listed with the Corcoran Group
for $259,000. And the third cheapest apartment is a two-bedroom,
one-bath co-op unit at 930 St. Nicholas Avenue in Washington Heights.
Apartment 31 is listed for $260,000 with Century 21 NY Metro. TRD
