Openings and closings: Jeremy Argyle to open, Hasker to close

Clothing store Antique Orange, currently at 364 Broadway, has signed a lease for space at 366 Broadway, according to a press release from Robert K. Futterman & Associates, who represented the landlord and the tenant. Jeremy Argyle, a men’s dress shirt boutique, is set to open on Spring Street near West Broadway. Bohemian New York, a new secret bar in a not yet disclosed Noho location, is slated to open June 1. Callalilai, a clothing and accessories store, has leased space at 827 Broadway, between East 12th and East 13th streets. In Brooklyn, Black Lotus Gallery opened last week on Greene Avenue. Black Horse Pub is expected to open within a month at 568 Fifth Avenue, also in Brooklyn. Banh Mi 172 is opening this week at 172 Bedford Avenue, near 7th Street, in Williamsburg. Bernard Goldberg Fine Arts is opening a new gallery in East Hampton on May 15. Home design store Hasker, at 333 Smith Street in Carroll Gardens, will close at the end of May. TRD
