The second priciest home listed this week is a Soho loft at 50 Wooster Street. The four-bedroom, two-bath condo is listed for $8.9 million with Sotheby’s International Realty.

And the third priciest home is a five-bedroom, four-bath co-op unit at 1 Beekman Place listed for $8.3 million with Sotheby’s International Realty.

The least expensive home listed this week is a one-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 8 West 119th Street, according to Streeteasy.com. H & F Property Group is listing the home for $146,000.

The second cheapest home is a one-bath co-op at 273 Bennett Avenue, listed with Barak Realty for $189,500.

And the third cheapest home is a two-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 474 West 158th Street in Washington Heights, listed by Barak Realty for $199,000. TRD
