The Manhattan home to see the biggest price cut today is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment at 100 Hudson Street on the corner of Leonard Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The price of the Tribeca co-op unit was reduced by $154,000, to $1.495 million, marking a 9 percent price reduction. Listed by the Corcoran Group’s Emily Stein, Ernie Goldberg and Nick Gavin, the pet-friendly pre-war building features a renovated lobby and common roof deck. The space was first placed on the market in May for $1.649 million, by the Corcoran Group. The listing was removed in July and relisted today with the new, reduced price. TRD
