Hugo Boss exec pays $3.2M for Tribeca condo

The chairman and CEO for the Americas at men’s clothing retailer Hugo Boss, Mark Brashear, paid $3.2 million for a 2,793-square-foot condominium in the Tribeca loft building at 60 Beach Street, between Greenwich and Hudson streets.

Brashear closed on the three-bedroom sponsor unit Sept. 4, after going into contact in August, city records published today say.

The unit was first listed at $3.675 million in September 2007 by the Corcoran Group, according to Streeteasy.com.

Brashear was traveling and unavailable for comment.
