Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a 12,270-square-foot townhouse at 247 Central Park West on the Upper West Side, according to Streeteasy.com. The five-bedroom, six-bathroom and two-half-bathroom home is on the market for $32 million and is listed by Mara Flash Blum of Sotheby’s International Realty. The home belongs to former Coach executive Keith Monda and was owned by Abigail Disney before that. It has a fresh water lap pool and a Zen garden. 

The second most expensive home to come online is a 3,168-square-foot condo in the Time Warner Center at 80 Columbus Circle. The three-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom condo is on the market for $18.5 million. Dennis Mangone of Brown Harris Stevens has the listing.  

The third priciest home is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom Soho co-op at 459 West Broadway. Keith Copley of Sotheby’s has the $16.5 million listing. 

The cheapest Manhattan unit to come online this week is a studio at 14 Bogardus Place in Fort George. The $189,000 co-op unit is being marketed by Kelly Cole of the Corcoran Group.  

A studio at 579 West 219th Street in Inwood is the second least expensive home to hit the market. Lisa Snyder of Halstead Property has the $199,000 listing.  

The third least expensive home to become available this week is a studio at 57 Park Terrace West in Inwood. The $209,000 co-op unit is also listed by Halstead’s Snyder. TRD
