As The Real Deal reported earlier this month, the Miraval sales team, headed by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group’s Loretta Shanahan-Bradbury, is hoping the show will “pique interest” in the building. Miraval, located at 515 East 72nd Street, is currently over 40 percent sold, Shanahan-Bradbury said.

The Tower Residences collection consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom upper-floor units that start at $1.6 million and boast outdoor space and high-end finishes. “Double Exposure” will chronicle the lives of two photographers living and working in Miraval. Their two apartments, a 976-square-foot two-bedroom and a 1,309-square-foot three-bedroom are currently on the market for $1.4 million and $2.076 million, respectively. TRD
