Manhattan Apts. vet heads to C21 NY Metro

Manhattan Apartments veteran Louis Caceres has joined Century 21 NY Metro, the company announced today.

Caceres had worked as an agent at Manhattan Apartments, a rental firm which has struggled in the downturn since 1997. While he’s developed a specialty in rentals over the years, he will be building a rental and sales team at Century 21 NY Metro.

Century 21 NY Metro President & CEO Marc Lewis previously worked at Manhattan Apartments, and Caceres is one of many Manhattan Apartments alums to join Century 21 in recent years, including Denise Salizzoni, previously a luxury rentals manager at Manhattan Apartments. TRD
