Ruby Hwang was promoted to senior vice president from vice president, focusing on leasing and development.

Alan Pontius was promoted to national director of commercial leased investment properties from managing director.

Robert Beni Jr. joined the firm as a vice president in its commercial originations group.

James Tamborlane was appointed managing director of investment sales and leasing. He joined the company in 2005 as a director.

Christopher Koeck joined the Hackensack, N.J., office as assistant director, responsible for new business development initiatives. Ian Zilla was promoted to corporate managing director. He joined the firm’s corporate services group in 2006.
