Frank Liggio joined CBRE’s Long Island office as vice president, focusing on industrial and airport-related transactions.

Alan Desino was hired as an executive managing director in the New York office.

James Searl was hired as senior director in the firm’s Downtown Manhattan office. He was previously with CB Richard Ellis.

Ruby Hwang was promoted to senior vice president from vice president, focusing on leasing and development.

Alan Pontius was promoted to national director of commercial leased investment properties from managing director.

Robert Beni Jr. joined the firm as a vice president in its commercial originations group.

James Tamborlane was appointed managing director of investment sales and leasing. He joined the company in 2005 as a director.

Jon Zuckerman joined the New York headquarters office as an executive managing director. Steven LaBold joined the firm’s capital group as a managing director.
