The 6,300-square-foot Brooklyn Heights property that houses the Brooklyn Daily Eagle is up for sale for $3 million, Brownstoner reported. The paper occupies the ground floor and one of two apartments in the mixed-use building at 30 Henry Street, paying $9,400 for its month-to-month lease. The other apartment rents for $1,400 per month.
