Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market

The priciest listing to enter the market this week is a $16.5M, 6,800-square-foot combination of two Greenwich Village townhouses on 18 and 20 Jones Street, according to Streeteasy.com. The home has four floors plus a basement and outdoor space, and is listed by Vickey Barron of Core.

The second most expensive unit is a six-story townhouse on 137 West 74th Street listed for $16 million by Brown Harris Stevens’ David Kornmeier.

The next most expensive listing is a $12 million 3-bedroom, 2,403-square foot condo at 151 East 58th Street listed by Blu Realty Group’s Moshe Balalo and Alon Chabad.

The least expensive unit to hit the Manhattan market this week is a $165,000 studio in a co-op at 90 Park Terrace East in Inwood. John Suarez of A.N. Shell Realty has the listing.

The next cheapest unit to come online is a one-bedroom, one-bath co-op at 15 Fort Washington Avenue listed by Corcoran Group’s Karen Shenker for $185,000.
